We support adults with a wide range of anxiety-related symptoms, including:

Prescribe beta blockers (e.g., propranolol) for short-term performance anxiety

Recommend therapy, self-guided tools, or stress-reduction strategies

Coordinate referrals to psychiatry or counseling if symptoms are complex or severe

Offer follow-up support for medication response and side effects

Our providers do not:

Prescribe controlled substances (e.g., Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Valium)

Manage severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)

Treat active suicidal crisis — call 911 or go to the ER if you are in danger

Provide therapy or long-term psychiatric care

Guarantee prescriptions — all treatments are based on provider evaluation

To help us treat you safely and effectively, please complete the anxiety intake form, which asks about:
