🧠 Anxiety & Panic Support

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or out of control? Get evaluated and treated quickly by a licensed provider — no appointment or video call required.

🔹 What’s Covered

We support adults with a wide range of anxiety-related symptoms, including:

  • Constant worry, racing thoughts, or difficulty relaxing

  • Feeling on edge, easily irritated, or restless

  • Panic attacks or sudden fear with physical symptoms

  • Trouble sleeping due to anxiety

  • Worrying about many different things or not being able to control your thoughts

  • Feeling afraid something bad will happen

  • Physical symptoms during anxiety (e.g., rapid heartbeat, stomach issues, sweating)

  • Anxiety interfering with daily life, relationships, or work

  • Short-term performance anxiety (e.g., public speaking, exams)

If medically appropriate, your provider may:

  • Start or adjust non-controlled anxiety medications (e.g., sertraline, escitalopram, buspirone)

  • Prescribe beta blockers (e.g., propranolol) for short-term performance anxiety

  • Recommend therapy, self-guided tools, or stress-reduction strategies

  • Coordinate referrals to psychiatry or counseling if symptoms are complex or severe

  • Offer follow-up support for medication response and side effects

❌ What We Do Not Treat

Our providers do not:

  • Prescribe controlled substances (e.g., Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Valium)

  • Manage severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)

  • Treat active suicidal crisis — call 911 or go to the ER if you are in danger

  • Provide therapy or long-term psychiatric care

  • Guarantee prescriptions — all treatments are based on provider evaluation

⏱️ Fast Turnaround

Your visit will be reviewed in 1–3 business hours.
Prescriptions, if appropriate, are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.

  • How anxiety affects your sleep, work, mood, or relationships

  • Any panic attacks or physical symptoms (e.g., chest tightness, GI issues)

  • Prior treatments (medications, therapy, lifestyle changes)

  • Any alcohol, tobacco, or substance use

  • Family history of anxiety or other mental health conditions

  • Any suicidal thoughts (with built-in safety follow-up if needed)

  • Cultural or personal factors that may shape how you experience anxiety

💡 Optional: Add Context

If you have a history of trauma, cultural considerations, or personal preferences that could guide your care, feel free to share them in the intake — your provider will review everything personally.
