  • Who are the doctors prescribing medications for Caredocnow?
    Caredocnow utilizes a knowledgeable team of US-licensed and board-certified providers, licensed in your state. All providers follow the same guidelines, and they communicate about clinical issues. Safety is our primary concern.

  • Is Telehealth legal and safe?
    Yes. Caredocnow’s innovative medical platform allows our licensed physicians to treat patients remotely and safely via secure chat, phone or video (depending on state law). Telemedicine laws allow providers to practice medicine and prescribe medications online, when collecting accurate and truthful information from a patient.

    A provider will customize a treatment plan for each patient to ensure safety. Our discreet telehealth service comes with a personalized treatment plan that must be followed before taking any medication. A patient must adequately weigh the risks and benefits of the treatment plan after reviewing it entirely and fully understanding the content.
  • Are the medicines used genuine?
    Yes, absolutely. Caredocnow uses medications from Verified-Accredited Wholesale Distributors (VAWD) and sources active prescription ingredients that are FDA approved.

    We only prescribe to US licensed Pharmacies.

  • How do I get started?
    It’s super simple. First, log in. Then, fill out our medical questionnaire to help us better understand you and your specific needs. Our board-certified provider will then review your answers and, upon approval, your medications will be discreetly delivered to your doorstep. Deliveries typically arrive within 2-4 business days once your healthcare provider has authorized your prescription.
  • Is Caredocnow covered by my insurance?
    At this time, Caredocnow does not accept insurance, but our discreet telehealth services are less expensive than most insurance co-pays.
  • How much is the Telemedicine visit?
    The visits that are filled with affiliated partner pharmacy (i.e ED, PE, Hair loss, etc) are free or no cost for the visit.

    Any prescriptions sent to local pharmacy are $30 to cover the cost of the consult.

    If your physician determines you are not a candidate, you will receive a refund for the full amount.
  • Do you offer free unlimited Telemedicine follow up visits?
    Yes, you bet for ongoing treatments in our discreet telehealth service such as ED, premature ejaculation, Men's Hair Loss, etc. We want to ensure your health is a priority and you fully understand how to use the product. Acute visits will allow for 15 day follow-ups if needed otherwise a new visit will be required.
  • How much is the prescription medication?
    The cost varies, the price is listed on the product page of our website. Prices at local pharmacies are often double the price, we keep our prices very competitive.
  • Where do you ship?
    As of November 2021, we can ship to Florida.

    If you do not see your state on the above list, we do not currently service your state. Please check back with us in a few months.

    For the Urgent Care list treatment we can send medication to a local pharmacy that you provide (We do not prescribe any controlled medications, here are examples of what we can’t prescribe Click Here).
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, not at this time.
  • Can I expedite shipping?
    We do offer next day delivery at an additional cost, please let customer service know in the chat and they will provide. We currently use USPS priority to deliver in the United States.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your evaluation is complete, a tracking number will be sent to you via email and will be available on your Throne’s Lifestyle dashboard. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 business hours please contact us at [email protected]
  • Why do I need an account to sign up?
    Just like visiting your regular physician, by creating your account, we are able to maintain your medical history and create that personalized visit but also you’re proving to us that you’re really you so we can safely deliver your prescriptions right to your doorstep.
  • I lost my password. How can I recover it?

  • How do I update my billing information?
    You can edit your billing information by logging into your account, access your profile and make any changes. If you have difficulties doing so please email the Care support team at [email protected]
